I’ve set up this website in order for you to be able to gain muscle and lose weight faster and easier than you ever have before. Many people have tried all kinds of diets and workout systems for years and years. It is my hope to be able to finally put an end to all that searching. My Story
I don’t have the problem that many people have. Many people are overweight, fat or just plain out of shape. Sorry to say that is not me. I can’t imagine how hard it must be to battle your weight, battle your cravings and deal with the pain and suffering caused by other people. My problem was just the opposite. I was always underweight and skinny. I’ve always been athletic and always had a high metabolism.

People were always jealous of that. I could eat whatever I wanted (still can) and not gain a pound. I’m still like that even as an adult. People would always say, “don’t worry when you turn (xyz age) then you’ll start feeling it!” But that day never came. Both sets of people are actually in the same place. They have a body they don’t like and have to work hard to change it. For me it took work and a lot of work in the gym pumping iron and working out. But let me tell you, it’s all worth it.

Once I got dedicated in the gym and working out I was able to achieve the results that I wanted. This included going to the gym and lifting weights on days when I really didn’t want to workout. I can remember coming home from work and all I wanted to do was relax and sit down after a long exhausting day on the job. Maybe you can relate… Then I realized almost everything in life is a discipline.
