4 Ways A Fat Free Diet Will Make You Fatter

If you’re thinking about losing body fat, you may have an idea of getting into a fat free diet. It seems to make sense. If you want to lose body fat, you eat lesser fat. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be more wrong.
This is based off the work of Louis Kervran who worked on what’s called biological transmutation. An example would be if you eat calcium it actually creates calcium in your body. What happens is that the biology of cells transform during a long line of chain reactions to create an end product that is much different that what was originally consumed.
Using this example, if you want the end process of biological transmutation to be calcium, then you must eat silica and magnesium which will be converted into calcium.
In the same way, healthy fat is not stored as fat inside your body. It just doesn’t work like that.
Though it is still necessary to keep your fat intake under control when you’re trying to lose fat, going too low or having a completely fat free diet can actually be counterproductive to your fat loss. Granted I have a very high metabolism and hormones that work well based on eating lots of cholesterol rich foods like eggs and butter, along with a thyroid glad that works well. But I eat tons of fat each day and never gain weight from it.
On the contrary it helps support my nervous system, the myelin sheaths and my brain which is mostly comprised of fat and feeds off of high quality saturated fats.
One quick fact, North Americans are consuming less fat but obesity statistics are at an all time high. What gives? Why are we so overweight as a culture?
In this video, Sean Nalewanyj explains four reasons why eating too low fat can actually be a detriment to your fat loss.
First –
Low fat diets can actually make you feel hungrier. Regularly eating fat in your daily consumption can actually make you feel fuller and more satisfied throughout the day. This can avoid the chances of overeating. If you’re satiated, you don’t have food cravings and addictions. People who are full and satisfied don’t battle with weird food cravings.
When we eat, we’re actually craving minerals. Your body wants the minerals in the food. Eat foods with more minerals in them and you’ll find yourself with a much lower appetite.
Second –
Low fat diets decrease blood sugar stability. Dietary fats help to control your blood sugar level by slowing down the absorption of carbohydrates. keeping your blood sugar stable is one of the key factors in improving your body composition. If your blood sugar levels are constantly spiking, it will increase the production of insulin production is going to be on overdrive. Increased insulin will result in increased fat storage and slowing down of fat burning. Additionally, increased insulin levels can cause carbohydrate cravings.
Not only that but it can also be sign of diabetes. Once again it’s all about getting high quality minerals into your system to control blood sugar issues as well as decreasing your desire to eat.
Refined and processed carbohydrates are actually infused with addictive chemical in them to cause you to keep eating them and craving them. Why do you think you can’t stop eating that bag of chips or box of cookies? You can’t have just one slice of pizza now can you?
Think about it, if they’re putting addictive additives and chemicals into your food (without labeling it, thanks to the FDA) then they don’t have your best interest in mind. The companies making that garbage food, don’t care at all about you, they simply just want to make a dollar off you.
And when you get sick, they can pass you off to the pharmaceutical industry for drugs, medications and cancer treatments like chemotherapy, radiation and surgery. They estimate you’re worth roughly $450,000 to them.
It’s imperative you stay addicted and get sick.
Third –
A fat free diet will decrease your testosterone levels. Testosterone is the most powerful fat burning and muscle building substance in your entire body. Why does it do this? It’s because your body needs saturated fats to help transport cholesterol’s which help hormone levels. Hormones are the master switches for everything healthy in the human body.
Eat your raw eggs, raw grass fed butter, raw milk and 100% grass fed red meat. Don’t forget to supplement all that acid and phosphorus in your body with very alkaline green juices like wheat grass and spinach juice. Mixed with a green apple of course for taste.
Fourth –
Fat free diets increase the amount of fat and lipid storage in your body. The body is a very complicated and intricate system that it’s programmed for survival. If your fat intake drops too low, your body reacts to this by slowing down your fat burning metabolism as a means of conserving energy.
On the flip side, if you want to help clean your arteries of arterial plaque and cholesterol, simply fast. Your body will end up using that fat for energy.
Keep in mind that a fat free diet or low fat diets is never a solution to get rid of fat in your body.

- Free Range Organic Grass Fed Eggs
- Raw Butter
- Raw Cream
- Raw Milk
- Olives
- Oils (processed at low temperatures)
- Fish (salmon wild caught)
- Nuts
- Seeds
- Nut Butters (unsweetened)
- Coconuts and related products (don’t worry if they’re saturated or not)
