Preparing a healthy diet meal plan is not as hard as you think it is. You only need to keep in mind a few rules whenever preparing your meals.
In this video, it explains how to prepare healthy meals and at the same time help you shed fat from your body.
Sometimes in our culture we don’t know which foods are even healthy. We hear lots of different information, much of it seems to contradict one another. Then even if we do have some idea as to what diet plan is healthy, we prepare or cook it in the least healthy way possible.
I’d like to talk about why being healthy is important. You’ve heard it said that your health is your wealth. If you don’t think it’s true now, believe me, you’ll think it’s true when you’re on your death bed years before you should dying of a chronic disease.
Recently Steve Jobs died from cancer. That’s the official story but I believe his chemotherapy and radiation treatments along with less than stellar dietary habits are what killed him. Cancer rarely kills people, it’s usually the barbaric treatments by western medical doctors that kill people. These treatments can be construed as, slash, burn and poison.
I digress, do you think Steve Jobs would have paid all of his wealth for another 30 years to be with his family?
Your health is your wealth. Protect it and nurture it…
In a nutshell, the video enumerates a few tips that will help you create simple and easy plans.
- Always include protein and carbohydrates in every meal.
- Keep snacks handy
- Use leftovers
- Modify recipes
It’s really amazing that people don’t have this kind of intuition and knowledge about how to eat right. They have no idea which foods to consume, which foods are unhealthy for their organs or digestion or anything.
In my opinion I think we should be teaching kids health at school as well as finances. These are the two biggest things we can be training the next generation to be successful at.
To show you how to implement these few rules, see below:
Breakfast
For breakfast, you can have organic grass fed, cage free, antibiotic free eggs, cottage cheese, raw nut butter and smoked fish. You should also include carbohydrates from oatmeal, sprouted bread or fruits and vegetables. Personally I don’t eat any grains at all and very little fruit. The over consumption of carbohydrates is causing more diseases in this culture than we probably would care to admit.
Lunch
For lunch, you can have left over ham, salad, vegetables. Or you could have some bacon or low sugar snacks.
Dinner
For Dinner, you can get creative. Find recipes that are quick and easy and modify them with your healthy ingredients.
You could have some 100% grass fed beef with some steamed or cooked vegetables with some olive oil and salt poured over the top. Remember don’t cook with olive oil. It’s rancid and will destroy your arteries going to your heart and be a factor in heart attacks. So pour it on after the meat is done cooking.
And don’t forget to always keep snacks handy. You should never go hungry because it can lead to binge eating or blood sugar low. This is the reason why snacks play an important role in your weight loss plan.
Incorporating just a few of these tips in preparing your daily healthy diet meal plan can really make a difference in your goal to shedding fat and your fitness goals.
