How Gain Muscle And Lose Weight Came To Be And Why I Started It >>
I guess you can say that I’ve always been athletic and sports oriented. But I never had a body that I wanted. I had the opposite problem many people have. My problem was I was what’s called in the bodybuilding industry a “hardgainer”. That is I wasn’t able to gain weight or muscle.
I’m 6’0″ tall and in high school I weight around 145 to 150 pounds. I felt like I was skin and bones. I never really worked out or lifted weights back then but I should have as that’s when you have the most hormones and testocerone running through your veins.
After high school I began lifting weights seriously for the first time and have never looked back. I was able to add a little bit of muscle weight to my physique but it was probably just weight from not being 17 anymore.
But it wasn’t until I started buying some fitness ebooks that everything began changing for me. There are lots of ebooks out there but the particular bodybuilding ebooks I got made so much sense to me and I was suddenly able to find a bodybuilding program and actually stick to it. I’ve setup a my reviews page where I talk about all the ebooks that I really endorse.
The only reason why I endorse these ebooks is because they have helped me in my own life. The problem is that many people buy these ebooks but don’t follow through with muscle building program that’s laid out. Bummer.
“There are no failures in bodybuilding, just people who give up before the magic happens” – Don’t let this be you.
After I stared to see some changes in my body (close to 30 pounds of muscle) I went through a family crisis where I changed my diet totally to being a 100% raw foodist for 6 years. You can read more about that on my, my diet page.
Because I’m passionate about health, fitness and nutrition, I’ve setup this blog to help people find these things in their lives.
I don’t take the conventional approach when it comes to these areas. I follow natures laws and avoid the doctors at all costs. I can’t avoid them 100% but as much as I can, I do.
I’ve never been more fit, stronger or more flexible in my entire life.
I hope that the articles and fitness advice on this site help you as much as they helped putting it together for you!
