Many people make the mistake of what exactly is an ebook. An ebook is commonly referred two different ways. There’s an ebook reader like an Ipad, Amazon Kindle, or Sony Reader. My favorite way to read bodybuilding ebooks or any book in digital format (like PDF) is to buy and download the ebook in PDF format, then send that book to my Amazon Kindle and it’s just like reading a regular book. Everything stays in digital format and there is no paper involved.
Is a weight training ebook the same as a strength training ebook?
A weight training ebook is synonymous with a strength training ebook as well as a bodybuilding ebook. Basically they are all electronic books that can be read either on your computer or on an e-reader device like an Amazon Kindle or Applie I-Pad, or even a cell phone. All of these fitness programs focus more on weight training and pushing or pulling heavy amounts of weight in order to gain muscle. Whenever you gain muscle you will automatically lose weight and fat. Basically muscle helps to burn fat. Most of these weight training ebooks incorporate exercises using what’s called free weights. These are much better to help break down muscle fibers and tear the tissue using stabilizing muscles and really helps you get a better workout.
Then what the heck is a workout ebook?
A workout ebook focuses more on exercise and fitness in a more general way. In my opinion they are just as good as a bodybuilding ebook program (or strength training ebook, call it what you will). Workout ebooks tend to focus more on whole body training vs isolation certain muscle groups like bodybuilding ebooks do. Workout ebooks are great for women or young boys and girls because they focus on cardiovascular and aerobic workouts that help you gain strength while at the same time causing the body to burn calories. This helps your body to be more flexible, lean and fit verses getting the bulky strong look that bodybuilders go for.
So whether or not you want to purchase a bodybuilding ebook or a workout ebook it really depends on you and your goals. Do you want to look big and bulky or do you want to look lean and ripped? It’s your call! What will it be?
