Okay it took me some time to actually come up with a burn the fat feed the muscle review (or better yet course) is actually quite long. It’s about 340 pages long full of pretty incredible content. I’ve been working out consistently (I never miss!) for about 13 years. I felt like I was hitting plateaus everywhere. So I did some searching for online fitness courses and this guy Tom Venuto kept creeping up. It seemed like he was everywhere so I decided to see first hand what it was all about and here is my honest burn the fat feed the muscle review.
Many people have said it’s the internet’s all time best selling e-book for fat loss and weight gain. Now I haven’ substantiated these claims but I will say, it’s the most popular course for a reason. I love giving reviews and I had a great time with this burn the fat feed the muscle review because I loved using what he was teaching in the program.

So what do you get when you buy the course?

Is this course for me? Just tell me what are the cons?
Well if you’re not serious about losing weight then I would hold off. If you’re not looking to really put into practice the principles inside then I would not buy this book. As you know I always try to be unbiased in my reviews and this burn the fat feed the muscle review is no different. But if you are really looking to change your life then this e-book workout course is worth every stinking penny. At $39.00 you cannot go wrong. Like I’ve said, this burn the fat feed the muscle review is unbiased.

Intro:
Tom goes into great detail explaining that there are no easy fixes and that weight loss is not the same as fat loss. He stresses that the book isn’t just about losing weight or gaining more muscle but it’s about improving your overall health.
Goal setting overall strategies & motivation:
Tom lays it all out on the line explaining exactly how to set goals and how important it is to have milestones to reach for and accomplish. He tells you exactly how and what types of goals to set and how and when to set them.
Body types and how to know what will work for you:
This was actually for me the most important section of his book as he deals with different body types and which workouts are ideal for each body type and why an overall workout strategy might not work for you like it does for somebody else.
Complete meal planner guide. What foods and liquids are ideal?
This is one of the most critical points in his book and he covers topics that other fitness guru’s leave out. Using over twenty pages Tom gives healthy alternatives to foods you eat that are not good for you as well as the most ideal foods for your body and foods that you should avoid at all costs.
Supplements exposed:
Tom really drops the ball on this one. He pulls no punches and lays it all out on the line exposing the supplement industry like you’ve never heard before. He does go into great detail on the few supplements you do need and why you should avoid all the others and what the affects will be if you do not. This is a don’t miss
Complete cardiovascular program
This book is focused on losing fat and building muscle. Most other gurus focus their whole course on diet and weight training but Tom discusses exactly why cardio training is essential for long life, healthy bodies and to achieve the results you’re looking for. He also goes into great detail about which types of cardio are the most beneficial.

In depth weight training and body building guide
Tom Venuto is a body building champion and this is what he knows best. Fat loss comes as a byproduct. He’s a great teacher and explains each point pretty well. He gives some tactics and pointers that as a seasoned veteran of 13 years, even I didn’t even know. I thought it wasn’t possible but I learned a ton from this section so I was pleasantly surprised.
Summary:
I don’t normally give 5 stars for a review and am pretty skeptical by nature and in this burn the fat feed the muscle review I tried to be as objective as possible and I hope you got that from me. In any event I couldn’t recommend a workout program any more highly than this one. My opinion: Go buy it.
