With this supplement, it is possible to gain 5 to 10 pounds of pure muscle in a 3 to 4 week period.
Personally I don’t like this particular supplement. It gave me heart pains a few years back. Instead I use the rebounder and foam roller pads to decrease lactic acid buildup in my muscle tissues post workouts.
High Potency Multivitamins –
Lifting heavier weights and doing intense workouts will require your body more vitamins and minerals than the average individual.
