My Muscle Gain Story…
I tell you what it wasn’t easy for me to gain muscle either. Many people are overweight, fat or just plain out of shape. I didn’t need to lose weight. I can’t imagine how hard it must be to battle your weight and your cravings. I was always underweight and skinny. I’ve always been athletic and always had a high metabolism. All I wanted to do was gain muscle.
People were always jealous of that. I could eat whatever I wanted (still can) and not gain a pound of muscle, or fat. I’m still like that even as an adult. People would always say, “don’t worry when you turn (xyz age) then you’ll start being able to gain muscle or weight!” But that day never came.
Both sets of people (gain muscle or lose weight) are actually in the same place. They have a body they don’t like and have to work hard to gain muscle or lose weight. It took a lot of bodybuilding in the gym pumping iron, lifting weights and working out in order to gain muscle mass.
Once I got dedicated in the gym and doing heavy weightlifting I was able to achieve the weight and gain muscle like I wanted. This included going to the gym and lifting weights on days when I really didn’t want to workout.

Then I realized almost everything in life is a discipline gaining muscle is no different. So if you want to gain muscle and lose weight, create it as a daily discipline.
