I see you&#039;re trying to promote your hardgainers forum website. 5-10 lbs per workout might be a bit much. I would shoot more towards 5 lbs w/o decreasing the amount of reps or sets. Hope that helps. Last night I did squats and increased it by 10 and noticed my form was slightly off.

Form is more important than the amount of weight. But so is making gains. Make gains (by increasing the weight or sets), keep great form and to heck with how much actual weight you&#039;re lifting.
