How To Get Rid Of Arm Fat – The Secret Lies Within 10 Minutes

If you’re really interested in how to get rid of arm fat you should know that they don’t actually take a very long time to work on. In fact, great results can be achieved with minimal time. The greatest powerlifters in the world used to workout in short durations. They don’t spend the whole day in the gym in order to produce results.
Why would anybody want to have good sets of arms? I think the real question should be, why won’t anyone want strong arms? If you can have the ability to lift anything, why wouldn’t you? Plus, if you’re a guy and you have a good set of arms, that would really be a turn on for women.
If you think you’ll need to workout in the gym the whole day in order to achieve those set of arms, you’re mistaken. With Craig Ballantyne’s video, he’ll be able to show you a 10 minute workout that will help you achieve those results.
The start of this workout will be chin ups. No need for the gym for this. There are pull-up bars where you can attach them on the doorways. You only need to do 8 repetitions for each set.
Proceed with a dumbbell chest press. You’ll be needing two dumbbells. Choose a weight where you’re able to do 8 to 12 repetitions. When you do the chest press, drive the dumbbells up, but when you lower the weights, don’t lower them immediately. Lower the weight in 2 to 3 seconds, making sure that your triceps and chest work the way down.

Repeat the two sets of exercises about 2 to 3 times and that’ll take about 10 minutes.
