Learn How To Get Ripped In 4 Weeks – But Is It Possible?
Apr 5th, 2011 | By Todd Bowman | Category: Gain Muscle
In this video Vince Delmonte points out the importance of how to get ripped in 4 weeks by gaining weight natually.
While body buiding advertisements would lead you to believe you can add 20 to 30 pounds a month, it can’t be done without drugs.
It really quite irks me when I see such false advertisements in magazines and billboards. It’s not humanly possible to gain 20lbs of muscle in a few weeks. Not only that, it’s just not healthy or safe for people to do that. If you do this (sometimes Hollywood actors and stars will do this for a film role, or you’ll see UFC cage fighters drop 8 pounds overnight to make weight for a fight) on a regular basis you’ll be taxing your organs like your liver, gallbladder, intestines, colon, lungs and even your heart. It’s not healthy to drop weight quickly or gain weight quickly.
But if you’re looking to do it sustainably by building muscle at the same time as burning fat then it’s a great thing to do. It must be done correctly though as you risk serious health risks and or complications. Don’t go dying of a heart attack at 27 because you were on bodybuilding drugs trying to gain weight in 2 weeks.
Remember, whatever weight you’re at right now that you want to change, you didn’t get to that weight in 2 weeks. It probably took you years to reach the weight you’re at. And if you’re a skinny, weak and scrawny guy, gaining 10 pounds of solid muscle in 4 weeks isn’t going to happen. Unless you’re willing to kill yourself with drugs.
What I want bodybuilders and strength trainers to understand is that the drugs they take to look good on the outside, are literally destroying their insides. Every organ in their body will work more poorly after they get finished taking the drugs than they did before.
Can you say…recipe for disease? Who cares if you look good when you’re dead. You died twenty years ahead of time because you abused your body to look good.
Sure, you might gain 10 to 15 pounds of muscle, but do you want the fat that goes along with it? I don’t think so.
Realistically, your body can only add 1 to 2 pounds of muscle a month naturally. But hey, that’s 12 to 24 pounds of raw, hard, solid muscle in just one year! Progressively that doesn’t seem like a lot to you but after a year you’ll be looking like a new man or woman.
The key is to work hard stay consistent and not focus on what you look like. If you train hard, the results will come. What you really should be focusing on is two things.
- Getting stronger
- Getting healthier
If you focus on these two things, your body image will be shredded and sculpted like a greek god. And it will happen naturally without worrying about it.
If somebody asked you, that in one year from today, you could have 15lbs of muscle added to your frame would you take it? Of course! Especially if you could add it in a healthy manner.
That translates into between 5 and 6 pounds of lean muscle mass monthly which creates storgage space for glycogen and water.
How to get ripped naturally is all about consistency. Learning how to get ripped in 4 weeks is definitely possible if you’re dedicated and work hard.
