How to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks:

Do an herbal cleanse.
Many times doing a cleanse can take pounds of undigested waste out of your body in a matter of days.

Do a colon cleanse.
I’ve heard of people losing five to ten pounds after one session. People typically carry 10-15 pounds of undigested fecal matter in their lower intestines during their lives. Colon hydro therapists call it dropping your lining.

Food combine.
Eat only starches (breads, pastas, etc) alone with a salad at each meal. Eat proteins alone with a salad also.

Eat fruit on an empty stomach.
Fruit takes only about 20 to 30 minutes to pass out of your stomach and start digesting. If you eat bread on top of that, the bread might take 4 hours to pass out of your stomach. So the fruit actually rots and ferments in your stomach. Follow proper food combining laws.

Don’t eat after 8 pm.
Your body has natural body cycles and after 8 pm is when it’s time to stop digesting. You should never go to bed with food in your stomach or have that full feeling. That will cause blood to have to go to your stomach for digestion during your sleep instead of repairing your body and making new cells. When your blood is pooling towards your stomach during sleep, your body actually raises adrenalin to do this, causing you to wakeup and not get enough sleep. That’s why you’ll feel tired in the morning even if you get a good sleep, if you went to bed full.

Eat fruit for breakfast.
Eat fruit until noon and see how that works for you. Eat as much as you like but make sure you give yourself 30 minutes after you eat the fruit in order to digest and eat your lunch.

Take enzymes with your meals.
Enzymes help your body to digest cooked food. The more you digest, the more you eliminate. The more you eliminate the less you’re packing onto you, which means the more weight you’ll lose. They don’t call it sticking to the ribs for nothing.

Have a salad with all meals.
If you really want to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks make sure to eat a salad with all your meals. Salads are alkaline and bring in those enzymes to help you digest whatever other food you’re eating. Eat the salad first if possible. This does two things. It begins the process of your body creating all those enzymes so when you eat the cooked food there are more enzymes ready to do their job. Also eating a salad first allows you to get a little bit fuller, leaving less room for the bad food.

I realize there are a lot more things I could have said about how lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks but as far as diet goes that should be enough to get you going. Also don’t forget to workout.

You need to do strength training because muscle burns fat. The average male will burn more calories watching T.V. for a half hour than the average female. Why is that? It’s because we have more muscle on our bones. Make sure you do lower weights and higher reps when you’re strength training.

Also don’t forget your cardio. This is the key. If you do all of that you’ll probably end up losing a lot more than 10 pounds in 2 weeks.
