1. Don’t eat anything that’s white.
Avoid eating bread, pasta, crackers, most cereals, flour based products, white potatoes, white rice, pasteurized dairy and cheese. However, these whites: cauliflower, chicken, turkey, fish and white pork are exemptions to this rule. The ideas is to stay as far away from processed refined grains as you can. This “food” will kill you. It’s linked to diabetes, blood sugar issues, constipation, ibs, cancer, heart disease and the list goes one.
Man was never meant to eat these grains.
2. Only drink water, nothing else.
Don’t drink any sodas or juice. If you’re a coffee drinker, you can drink only one cup of coffee to keep withdrawal symptoms at bay. It is important to drink a minimum of half your bodyweight in ounces to make sure that you lose weight.
If you’re eating healthy, fresh and raw foods, you’ll need a lot less water because there’s actually water in the food itself. An apple or stick of celery contains the perfect water that our bodies need. The more white flour products we eat, the more dehydrated we become, so the more water we need. Humans are not really water drinkers. All of our water should come from fruits and vegetables in their uncooked state.
3. Don’t eat anything with the word wheat.
This would include bread pasta crackers and cereal. Many packaged foods also contain wheat so you should also check their package labels.
If you apply these fat loss rules for the next two weeks, we can guarantee that you’ll be losing fat saying goodbye to those first few pounds in no time. Most all wheat contains gluten which is very difficult to digest. Wheat is in just about 90% of the food we eat, from cereals to pastas, pizzas and even tortillas.
