- Eat smaller meals more frequently. Large meals can contribute to you feeling groggy in the early afternoons.
- Consume foods that are beneficial for your brain. Fish and green leafy vegetables which are rich in wholesome fats will boost your brain power.
- Eat more protein. Protein is helpful for fighting fatigue.
- Eat complex carbohydrates. Grains take longer to be converted to energy so it is able to supply you steadily throughout the day.
- Eat wholesome snacks. Snacks made of protein or complex carbohydrates will not cause your blood sugar to spike up.
- Don’t drink coffee. The boost you get from caffeine is not permanent leaving you fatigued afterwards.
