How Gain Muscle And Lose Weight Came To Be And Why I Started It >>
WARNING: This is not your traditional 1970′s protein shake recipes using whey protein powders from GNC. We’re taking protein shakes to another level here. I think we’ve run the course of the regular chemical and industry created protein shakes made popular the last 20 years. It’s time to step it up. The quality and ability for these types of proteins to absorb and assimilate will blow you away.
All bodybuilders need protein. But what people don’t realize is what kind of protein (alive or dead) is best and most usable in their body. I’m not a vegetarian but I don’t support factory farming and eat hormone laiden meats for my protein.
I elect for wild game meat and I like to eat it raw when I can. Call me crazy but that’s how I do it. I make beef jerkey’s out of it and dehydrate them at 105 degrees to keep the delicate protein amino acid chains alive and in tact.
I also dice it up uncooked and add it to vegetable soups. I will also add it to salads and eat it that way. There are many ways to prepare raw meat to make it taste really good that I’ll go into later.

This article is about protein shake recipes. I make smoothies too which are pretty much the same thing.
Proteins by nature are very abrasive when passing through the digestive tract so it’s very important you ingest high quality proteins that are easy to digest but also are usable. Most cooked proteins cannot be transmutated because the amino acid molecules are dead and your body treats it as leukocytosis and responds to it by creating white blood cells as an immune response.

Remember, you can add fruits to this or other things like chocolate (try to use unsweetened raw cacao) or carob instead of fruits. I stay away from the whey protein powders at all costs. If you read the way that product is created you will to. The idea here is get protein that is bio available and putting that into a liquid form like a shake or smoothie right after hitting your muscles hard during your workout is incredible.
If you add some chocolate and honey to this drink with the avocado, you won’t need to eat for hours. It’s the perfect protein shake recipe. Then you can have some chicken or salmon for dinner and you can’t get better than that.
What kind of protein to you use?
