Everybody is looking for the best weight loss tips. They want to lose weight for good and a lot of people want to lose is quickly.
I see this all the time. Mostly with women. They have a wedding coming up or they have a 20 year high school reunion that they want to have a rockin body for. But the problems is that they want to look great in 2 weeks.
I have a couple problems with this. One they didn’t allow themselves enough time to prepare. Poor planning. The other is that they want to look good instead of feel good.
People in our culture men and women, focus on how their bodies look rather than how healthy they are. It’s very sad. Fitness has nothing to do with health. Just because somebody looks like a million bucks doesn’t at all mean that they are healthy and their organs or glands are functioning properly.
But be that as it may, they try to see what the latest fad is in dieting or diet menus that would hopefully shed those pounds off their body for the big event. I want to shake these people. They have it all wrong!
It didn’t occur to most that the most effective means to lose weight actually are actually very simple.
Here are three tips or aspects that you should be looking into when you want to lose those excess fat.
Nutrtition
You need to figure out how much you’re eating and increase the value of what you eat. That means being more selective of what you eat, in terms of what you’re getting. If you’re still gaining weight, then lessen the quantity of your intake.
In order to lose weight you need to make sure your thyroid gland is not hyperactive or under active. It must be working properly to regulate hormone levels and metabolism. Stay away from raw uncooked cruciferous vegetables for a while, even though they are great cancer fighters. Take supplemental iodine to help regulate your thyroid.
Consider eating no wheat based products like, pasta, pizza, chips, crackers, sandwiches, cookies, breads etc. The bromides in white flour and wheat products actually steals iodine from your body. That’s the exact opposite of what you want.
Consume mineral rich foods and watch your food cravings and addictions completely go away. You can take that to the bank.
Strength Training
This should be included in your schedule. Strength training doesn’t always involve mass gaining. As a matter of fact, strength training helps in losing your body fat. Focus on interval training instead of cardio training, you should engage in interval training.
Cardio training usually consumes a lot of time with minimal results compared to interval training. With interval training, you get to workout with half the amount of time and still get the same results, if not more.
Cleansing & Detoxification
People don’t realize the power of doing a coffee enema, or a colon hydrotherapy (colonic) session or even doing some herbal cleansing. People can drop 5 to 10 pounds during one colonic. Also don’t forget sweating.
If you have a steam room or sauna, this is an incredible way to detox fat soluble toxins directly through the open pores in your skin. Not only that but you’ll lose water weight. It’s important to re-hydrate while you’re in the sauna with electrolytes. I like raw coconut milk to drink when I’m sitting in the sauna.
