What is high fructose corn syrup? You’re probably wondering why it’s getting a lot of attention these days. This artificial sweetener is the most highly toxic chemical that’s being masqueraded as food.
Over 80% of HFCS is genetically modified which the body deems a poison. GMO foods will simply kill you, there’s no doubt about that. It’s important to not spend your money on any product that contains this garbage.
Remember, we live in a plutocracy, which is the rule of money. What we spend our money on is really how we vote in this nation. Don’t support companies that use this cheap sugar that is giving people heart disease and cancer.
It’s simply because they’re introducing this substance into a lot of food groups nowadays and they claim it to be safe for you to consume. Beware, that is not true!!
This substance does a number on our digestive systems and gives us diseases like metabolic syndrome X, heart attacks, liver cancer, stomach cancer, bowel cancer, diabetes, hypoglycemia and more. The list is simply endless what this crap is doing to our bodies, yet 90% of food in America contains this trash.

For someone who is trying to lose weight, this is the last thing that you want in your system. In this video, Isabel from The Diet Solution Program explains the following lies and “half-truths” that commercials are saying about high-fructose syrup.
1. High Fructose Corn Syrup is all natural
To some extent, this may be true. However, before it goes to the market, it undergoes a lot of heavy chemical processes. Like we said before most of this stuff is genetically modified which means the body reacts to it with an immediate white blood cell response. The immune system goes nuts when GMO food is placed into the body. Think of how many can of coke or soda your kids drink.
Do you want this stuff affecting your kids health?
Consuming anything that’s full of chemicals or toxins can be harmful for your liver. Having your liver overworked will make it hard for you to lose weight.
Not only that but if your live isn’t working right, your body has a hard time chelating heavy metals that are in the body. Being unable to detox daily, means one thing is certain in your life….disease. Cancer comes to mind here.
2. High Fructose Corn Syrup is exactly like sugar
This is a total lie. These are two very different substances. Even still, if both were the same, sugar is still bad for you. Sugar consumption has been the culprit of today’s major diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and heart disease. Even if they were the same, eating it will not be good for you as well.
Any way you slice it, it’s bad. Even if it were as good as table sugar (which is toxic), it’s still going to kill you and make you suffer with horrible diseases along the way.
3. High Fructose Corn Syrup is exactly like Honey
This is another lie. Honey is natural and can be found in nature, whereas HFCS undergoes a lot of chemical processes. Plus honey contains antibiotics and natural compounds from nature in the form of flowers, pollen and enzymes.
HFCS was made to keep you addicted to whatever products they’re in, it’s that simple. Again even high fructose corn syrup were as good as honey, it still raises your blood glucose levels and increases your insulin response in your body. You’re over working your pancreas by making all this insulin.
Can you say…hello diabetes?
If you want to stay healthy and perhaps lose weight, then you should stay away from anything that has HFCS. After all, what is high fructose corn syrup but chemicals that chemists came up with in a laboratory somewhere.
